Amazing book would totally recommend!! SPOILERS this book is honestly one of the most intriguing and genius books i have ever read! i am not normally a person who reads a lot but i couldn’t put this book down because it is one of those books you can get easily hooked to. also i read this a while ago so i might get some things wrong. at the start of the book i was a bit confused about death cast and i got even more confused when there were other people perspectives but eventually i picked it up. mateo and rufus are such good characters to wind up together since they are complete polar opposites but that’s what makes them destined to be. at the end when patrick (i forgot his nickname) tried to shoot rufus my heart sank i thought that was the end but luckily they managed to get away with the help of rufus friends. after that they get back to mateos apartment where they confess their love for each other which just made me so happy and cheered me up massively considering they nearly got shot. but at the fire scene when mateo got killed i was crying so much cause he was my favourite character! and also i thought that they would defeat the odds and live until the next day but unfortunately not. at least they had an amazing journey before they met their tragic ends.
