While the movie does explain some of the missing information from the Whedon cut, there just seems to be too much fluff added. Musical scenes that last longer then Broadway numbers, filler dialog that just falls flat, and cgi that doesn't seem to improve much on the Whedon cut.
Over hyped and under delivered, just like most DC movies.
