Though the movie was extremely good. It barley had any relation to the book. In the book Thomas and chuck had a strong and great friendship but it barley showed in the movie. Also in the book teresa and Thomas could communicate telepathically but in the movie they couldn’t. I was just disappointed that I didn’t see some of my favorite parts of the book in the movie. Like the cliff for instance. there was the griever hole. That didn’t even exist in the movie. This is the only time I’ll ever say this but I think it’s best to watch the movie before reading the book so your not disappointed.
