This isn't just a movie about fixing what's on the outside. The main character tunnel visions with expert ability to focus on herself, inside and out, although it takes a few tries. I loved it. Physical transformations can only happen with a mental transformation, which was really what this movie was all about. Sometimes movies are seen just at the right time in someone's life - which is certainly the case for me in this instance, hence the tears at the end. Post script, Utkarsh Ambudkar is incredibly handsome in this film.
