Where do I start? Okay... Undertale is a life changing game. Seriously. One of The Best Games ever. From the subtle references, to the humorous puzzles, to the immense battles, to the encouraging text, to the great music, to the breaking of the fourth wall, to the victorious feel or the slaps to reality -- the shear creativity. I could go on, but alas, I would like to merely give a review (and perhaps persuade anyone who reads this before getting the game.) Now, you may be wondering... "This is the DELTARUNE rating!" and I know. But the only way I can truly describe Deltarune in it's truest form is if you understand Undertale. Deltarune is great. Unfinished, but great. I would've liked more detail (I mean more to explore post game), but it is only chapter one. There is still more yet to come. But it was just so perfect. Toby Fox seemed a tiny bit worried about Deltarune when he said it may not capture the initial feeling Undertale created. But I think it sparked it all over again. (The nostalgia.) Deltarune has great graphics (well, it is a pixel art game) and is fluid. It has a great story, and great DEEP story, good lore, great music (*cough*The World Revolving*cough*) and I love the way the game plays out. Deltarune is a fantastic game. I truly don't feel like I can express the real feelings of Deltarune in so little words, but this is why I give it a five star rating. It's perfect. Happy. Peaceful. Encouraging. Intense. Hard. It helps you -- convinces you -- in your most susceptible moment to keep fighting. All be it, Deltarune wasn't very hard, when it does get hard, I know it will be fun. Because it has the same feel as Undertale, even if only by implication. I should probably wrap this up, so if you want to REALLY understand, go play it! After you play Undertale, of course. And it's free! So get a feeling for it and write your opinion here. I hope that this makes you feel different, and that this is the reason my vote is different from all the rest of the five stars, but it really is a great unfinished sequel. Go play it. Undertale changed your life. Now this will implode it. :)
