I am not a star trek or star wars fan but I am a massive Red Dwarf fan and I miss it so much. I loved it growing up because the main protagonist (well, one of them) was Dave Lister who was from Liverpool where I am from. My dad loved star trek tng so I saw it but it bored me. Red Dwarf was hilarious and didn't take itself too seriously while being extremely cleverly written and performed. I'd been told about Orville and ummed and arred but finally watched it and its as close to Red Dwarf as anything else I've ever seen. Made up with it and if like me you long for something a little bit like Red dwarf to take the pain away then please go for it its a great change from the norm these days
