The historical accuracy of this film Is abysmal.It takes place in 1719, long before white men were on the Northern Plains. It puts the Comanche in the north instead of south and makes them experts of Parkour, and martial arts. It shows the slaughter of the Buffalo 150 years before it happened, and the use of steel leg hold traps about 50 years before they were commonly available. It's fine as an action film but if you want an interesting story or historical accuracy this film is not for you.⁸
