Like all Anne Rice's works, the story will keep you turning page after page not wanting to put the novel down...I started reading the novel during my summer vacation (a few years ago) at 11am and couldn't stopped reading the book until I was finished at approximately 11pm that night...there are stories within stories...background character stories...Even if you have never read an book written by our now deceased author, Anne Rice, you could start with this novel in the series and I wager that you will become a lover of her novels and want for more!

Another excellent Tyler Perry Movie. Crystal Fox (Hannah :-) is soo convincing and such an excellent actress! I just love her husky strong voice. I can't believe that this quiet police woman from the long running, In the Heat of the Night sitcom has emerged into such a powerful actress. Proof that experience, patience, and God's favor will lead you to the right people, places, and events for your divine destiny and blessings! I also love Phylicia Rashād (such a powerful actress also and beautiful woman) and Mehcad Brooks (first saw him in True Blood). Can't wait for the obvious sequel! Someone please let Mr. Tyler Perry know that his actress from Haves and Have Nots, Ms. Angela Johnson deserves her movie spotlight now! She is another one of the actresses on this sitcom that has won fans to continue watching this wonderful sitcom. Let's join an Angela Johnson Movie Debut Justice campaign.
