Too slow with getting to the point (or lack there of). I liked the ending and not expected. I didn't realize that the story wouldn't take them on the Lincoln Highway but only plan the trip. Looking forward to discussing in a book club. I think we will have lots of comments and a good discussion. A Gentleman in Moscow was better. Like this book, was slow to develop characters.
