Thankyou Hilary for you item on Printers tonight. Our HP printer only accepts HP ink cartridges; it refuses most "refills" and only rarely accepts them - in which cases it refuses to indicate how much ink is in them. We have also found that, by & large, "refills" or 'cheap' alternatives (when accepted) last nowhere near as long as HP originals, often running out on a weekend, like Just when you want them to finish the job in hand.!!! Expensive, and frustrating too.
