I have placed an order over 1 month ago now in which I still have not received my 4 products. I was informed by Spencer that USPS lost packages. In which I understand than on November 9th Spencer placed another order for express 2 day shipping. Send me a tracking number and order number. Now almost the month is over and still have no receive my order. Contact USPS in which I was Informed the shipping label is created but the have not gotten product to ship out. I have emailed, tried calling and send a chat to Spencer in which I have been completely ignored. I been using and love these products since January of this year but this is just crazy and bad service. I have yet to hear back from anyone nor receive a refund. I am not asking for a refund and simply would my products I paid for. My order number is 2033 please and thank you.
