Very cruel and sad I now is a reality in some cases but if you don't have a back bone this books hurts deeply especially if you has suffered any kind of child abuse I didn't enjoy and also it was difficult for me to follow the storie line I have to go back and forth (English is my second language)but I know not every book has to be about a beautiful experience sometimes is about a ugly reality .
