I usually like Robert Harris books but they often have v slow third quarter. This one had a slow if not pointless second half. I understand the point of the danger of the dependence on technology, but there has to be an interesting plot driving the narrative. Unfortunately, this is sadly lacking. I would suggest you read the first half, which it good, and then the last chapter. You won’t have missed anything.
