There have been several episodes where someone is minding their own business, or walking away from a situation when the cops pull up, and the cops having their usual " because I said so" attitude make situations into something that they never had to be... One episode is specifically irritating.. is when an officer is driving down the road and noticed a man walking in the opposite direction, and an SUV slowly pacing behind the man, cop spins around to pull over the SUV and ask if everything is ok, the man continues walking ( visibly concerned about the cops presence) ... Next thing you know, the cop is trying to find the man walking, calls other units in, calls in a helicopter, and a K9 unit to track down a man that had literally done nothing but walk down the road, then they track this guy with a K9 through the woods and let the K9 attack him, and when caught they continue to let the K9 attack him... All because they believed the man had a felony warrant bla bla bla.... But the man hadn't done anything to be suspicious or mischievous, ( warrant or not ) only the SUV had been pulled over.. so I been wondering how that all worked out ? How that was legal? How that wasn't a direct display of cops getting involved and wasting resources on chasing/ tracking/ finding someone who otherwise hadn't been approached, or spoken to in any way and had no reasonable beliefs that he was being Pursued by police considering he hadn't really done anything to deserve police contact, and boom he's being attacked by a K9 unit ... I hope he sues... But it's stuff like this that makes your shows hard to watch and be on the cops side... absolutely ridiculous..
