Great comments by all. My favorite interplay is between Perry Mason and Lt. Tragg. there is mutual admiration and respect as they play cat and mouse and invariably wind up at the crime scene within minutes of each other.. The show had a generous budget and takes us on all kinds of adventures in oil fields, Vegas, show lounges, wealthy home.. There is usually a plot and one or more subplots, the subplots draws us into suspects that are eventually excluded. The scorned man or woman are frequently the guilty party; anyone with money at stake is or subject to blackmail may also have a strong motive.
