I thought the movie was well directed, well acted, and well produced. It successfully captured the creepy feel of Silence of the Lambs and the sort. However, the long static, Kubrick like scenes made it monotonous to watch. They didn't tricked out answers as the story progressed to keep you engaged. You had to wait till the end to get the answers. Cage definitely looked creepy, but more like a housewives of orange county with botched botox. Overall it was good, but not a must see.
