Whilst the development of the filmmaking passion of the young protagonist offer beautiful and interesting cinematic moments, the long, slow, boring excerpts of the family life just kill any enthusiasm. Decent performance from the mother's actress.

Truly amazing - the music, the graphics (the best on SNES), the humour in the dialogs, the magic system which is well integrated.
some said the story was not great - I think it was good for this game, and an interesting twist
