I really enjoyed the book I am still working on different parts of it as matter of fact I'll probably be working on it for a long time. The only problem that I found was thatWhen I received the book I didn't get the bonuses that were supposed to come along with it, like the one about detoxing from the vaccine and other ones Just as important could you please send them to me I would appreciate it.
