I thought it was supposed to be a thriller. Seven hours into the book and only two minimal small instances of intrigue.
Enjoy the description of the life of a new musician in Nashville. But story gets long with no introduction of new, interesting story diversions.

Thought you were better than this Jim, but you too fell in with the woke mob. What has made you so funny is you didn’t fall for the same Leftist lines. You were truly clean, respectful and funny.
Your jokes just weren’t funny. We tuned in because of who Jim has been- not this new, dark material. Just not the reason we like him. We stopped watching when he got to his supposed jokes about “Mary.”
Just because he claims he’s Catholic, doesn’t give him the right to show such disrespect for the fundamentals of this beautiful faith.
I imagine he won’t care and will probably use this genuine feedback for the basis of more tasteless jokes- but we were down right disappointed in him.
