OK, so here's the deal.
The game is freaking huge. I like to compare it too "skyrim and morrowind made a baby on dark souls platform".
Everyone raves about shooters and being great at shooters but shooters take reflexes and "some skill". Elden ring is mostly "skill and some reflexes".
The game is about timing rolls, blocks and attacks to avoid maximum damage. (Those who claim there's "no story" obviously had no idea how to progress in the game because there is alot to the story, you just have to pay attention. It's not just gonna play you a movie. Pay attention to NPCS talking.
The graphics are great for the game. Now, there are games with better graphics, I will say that. However, this game has the best graphics (and they are still really really good) for its size comparison.
The game is extremely hard. But all dark souls games are hard until you get used to them. A prime example is the first boss in DS3. DS3 was my first Dark souls game so it took me over an hour to kill him. Now I can speed run him in 2 minutes.
Nobody should apologize for the difficulty of this game. It's a Dark Souls platform, they are designed to be tough. That's how you can tell a true gamer with true skill or just a crybaby gamer with reflexes.
This game is definitely the best game and will continue to be great even after the campaign.
In short. The game was 100% worth buying, and I even picked up the deluxe version for a friend of mine too. Kudos
