One of the worst Diablo's as far as any sort of class balance is concerned. They added a mandatory PVP zone if you want to collect items/alters but didn't do anything beyond that.
If you don't pick the favorite classes of the developers, be prepared to not be able to complete end game content. The time it takes you to level up will be a crawl because your clear speeds will be awful.
The itemization system is easily the worst they've implemented. Items literally make or break characters, but to get these items you either need to win the lottery or spend billions of gold in the game on rerolling stats.
It may be worth a playthrough for the main storyline, but after that you better have bought a physical copy of this game because you'll want to sell it, and sell it fast. There is little endgame and no endgame if you picked the wrong class.
You'll spend eons just selling gear which should have never dropped at your character level once you progress into the World Tier 4 of the game. Online play is mandatory, so don't expect to have any solo adventures.
