Watching your show this morning and the discussion regarding the lack of minority head coaches and GM's in the NFL. I am sure the owners, and people who do the hiring, want to hire the ABSOLUTE BEST possible candidate because they are in a tremendously competitive business and they have to win in order to be successful. So you think that, those who do the hiring, are passing up superior minority candidates simply because they are minority candidates and are therefore willing to put their team in a disadvantageous position to win because of hiring lesser Caucasian candidates? They are hiring lesser Caucasian candidates and passing on better minority candidates? That doesn't make sense to me. I wonder if the decision makers do that with the athletes ..... draft/trade/acquire lesser athletes simply because they want Caucasian athletes and pass on the better Black athletes? They wouldn't win ..... just as they wouldn't win with less than the best coaches. Doesn't make sense does it.
