Anyone who gave this a review a month ago probably did so after watching the first episode, and I am positive those individuals have continued to watch the other 8 episodes. I just completed season 1 and this really is sci-fi entertainment gold, regardless of the fan boy backlash. The places you will go are akin to blockbusters like Guardians of the Galaxy. The alien head-splosions will leave you satisfied. This is not meant to retell Halo 1 or any Halo game. Down rating a show because Chief removes the helmet or Hayes is a different race or completely different mindset and setting or you cannot process a backstory into the hearts and minds of these beloved characters is baffling but you are entitled to your opinion. You could not find a better cast and crew for a video game adaptation and this is the highest quality adaptation I have seen. Call me a bot, but you know we will both be anticipating and watching season 2's premiere.
