The movie which was advertised as "the untold story of Kashmiri pandit" merely touches the issue and showcases the love story. Not only that it white washes the complete atrocity felt by the victims. It seems like a propagandist film rather a genuine brave take on the truth!

Rating- 3 out of 5 After such a drain of good thriller movies First came Andhadhundh and Now Imaikkaa Nodigal. Best thing about the movie is it's screenplay, which keeps audience on edge of the seat, there are some plot holes in the story line yet the direction, screen play makes up for it. The most implausible thing about the movie is that after being shot Arjun recovers the very next day and goes after the antagonist!! Fights, gets wounded yet he is completely capable for his heroics!😢 Though the film is almost 3 hours long the treatment, sound effect and the fresh content with the unexpected turning points keeps us engrossed. Now the lead actor Nayanthara has done a brilliant job and Anurag Kashyap in his Tamil debut has hit it out if the park. Remaining cast of Sethukumar especially is believable. Rashi Khanna has done her given work which was not a lot with peculiarity. Hat's off to the writer and director of the movie. You peeps this is a must watch movie!!👌👌👍👍
