I would have given this a one-star but the actors and actress were good. The story line though was just too much. Tom’s role should have been played by the Terminator’s famed Arnold Schwarzenegger - seriously the plot was too much to follow from the perspective of a simple taxi driver. I mean seriously how does a simple taxi driver end up taking down a trained assassin and succeeds where the trained FBI, SWAT, and LAPD failed. Thank goodness - Tom Cruise and Jamie Foxx’s acting helped saved this film. I know others liked it as indicated by the reviewers - more power. Just wondering though how many would’ve paid twice to see this movie. I doubt many would.

In this awful year of the pandemic, many of us are looking for the things that can bring us to laughter or even a smile in our daily lives - even if it’s through a movie. I tend to watch very good movies more than once similar to a good meal when one goes back for seconds. How many of you would pay a second time full price to see this movie? Sorry to say that I would not watch this movie again? For a moment, I had glimpses that I was watching “Ghost”. I know we all have our taste of movies but this fell far short of what a great movie entails. If this was in fact trying to connect to political figures of today; I just wish Hollywood would take the line from “Frozen” - Let It Go!!! Sorry but this lacked in everything except the “anticipation” of its release.
