I loved this show! Giving failing businesses a chance -with Chef Irvin's candid assessment ending with a beautiful restaurant, a revised menu and many times strained relationships restored. His knowledge and compassion was refreshing to watch and I am surprised and saddened it was canceled after 22 episode. Big mistake -in my opinion!
