Ellie Grace

I liked the nostalgia aspect of it but the writing is just so insanely lazy and boring. It relies heavily on tired writing tropes and the characters face no real challenges or obstacles. There was just so much wasted potential.

The show's honestly boring and none of the characters are likeable. The storylines are good in theory but are poorly executed so they just fall flat. The animation itself sucks so bad. It's like they put the least amount of effort into it and worked strictly with rig systems. It's so stiff and uncomfortable and just does not flow. I've seen freshmen animation students do better work. When I heard it was from one of the creators of Rick and Morty I was excited and was expecting similar or better quality but I was very much disappointed. It feels like they were betting on the fact that Danny Devito is a big enough celebrity to get the show attention that they really put no effort into anything.
