I read about 12 books a year with 2-3 being about leadership. I have to say though, this was probably the worst one I've read. As someone who is aspiring to be a strong leader within a company, it really felt like all Lee was doing was complaining about the Presidency and everything they do with no REAL solutions. What really bothers me is that he said he could've ran and been President but just didn't feel like it and that HE saved Chrysler. As someone who has seen great leaders in my industry, this guy does NOT seem like someone who I would want to work for or employ. He constantly name drops and has some high respect for very questionable people in the book. If you're looking for a read to help yourself become a better leader, I would stear away from this book.
