Do not watch this movie if you have a weak stomach. The entire film was grotesque and underly disturbing. I feel distraught reflecting what I’ve just watched for over 2 hours. There is no story line whatsoever, the plot is surrounded by psychedelic drugs and vile behavior by a cult who would never withstand reality. Disappointment is the least you could say, especially with such high regards. The plot starts great, but then takes a nosedive once the group arrives to the commune. All and all, I probably won’t be watching this one again. Watch at your own risk, it is certainly not vanilla. However, I will give the director credit for making the audience experience sheer emotion, sympathizing with the main character Dani. Pulling on your quartet strings really makes an interesting piece for dialect. Many might have different perspectives and I’m assuming that’s what he intended. The main character did a great job portraying how the average person would react.
