If you love the film then I advise not seeing this. They stayed with the film to the point they were saying the exact same script at most times but then wanted to put their own twists to it, the songs were boring and repetitive. There was absolutely no chemistry between the two main actors, it’s a love story!! The best parts were the lawyer, he stayed so true to the character, the actress who sang the opera and the bell hop. The actor who had 3 different roles was ok, it could’ve been better if he acted differently, you only knew he was a different character when he was wearing different clothes. It was good if you wanted to something to do in the evening, but the prices should really reflect what you’re paying for which felt low budget. I was bored and wanted to go home and just watch the film. Perhaps if you’re into the theatre and musicals this is for you?
