A comment here, made by a cis woman who states she isn't truly a member of the ballroom scene, states that ballroom isn't meant to be such Hollywood level rich, fancy costumes, stages and world wide recognition. I'm sorry, but for an artform that is the essence of us LGBTQIA+ folk and something we can't experience if we're not in a first world country, for someone like ME who lives in Bangladesh, a country where being gay is criminal, a third-world, run by religious goons, this show is EVERYTHING!
