That structure helped me take in new information and review to understand. Your narration is not condescending or pompous. I could relate to your physical location, and details about your personal life used to illustrate a path to wisdom. I never heard Buddhism, cut up into bite sized pieces, the pursuit of relief of suffering for the individual and everyone else. Don't kill, Don't lie, steal, use intoxicants or have inappropriate sexual relationships. I don't know much about Buddhism, but now I am aware of more.
