Foyle's War ... A well-written, totally believable drama with superb actors and uncompromising portraits of a Nation firmly located in their 'Own Place'. I will be buying the whole series from Amazon and will introduce all my grandchildren to that (now lost) sense of rooted belonging. Anthony Horowitz has always been one of my favourite writers and I am now even more confirmed in that opinion.
