One of the most thoughtful renderings of the Gospel in a horror setting. Time and time again in the show, Biblical truth is shared with Scripture and then a display of how that Scripture can be perverted and taken out of context. So provocative and truly gives us pause to think how often we tailor fit Scripture to suit our own interpretations. Even though this show can make a person challenge his/her own beliefs, I found it to be very apocalyptic and even hopeful. This probably won't make sense to many, but I not only found this story disturbing, but I also saw it as a warning for many. I personally didn't see the winged creature as a vampire. I saw it as a demon. Ironically, I watched this show during Holy Week. Quite poignant.
