I love the idea, but I have two complaints!
One complaint is there is always a judge who over judges ! No one ever gets a perfect critique!
Complaint number two, the cultural differences aren’t respected. I’ve heard several chefs explain their dishes by stating “ In my culture , we cook this like this! For meats, I grew up eating my meat well done ! I now eat it medium well, but in the black community, many people eat meat well done ! I tried not to be biased, but I’ve also heard Latinos , Asians, Caribbean’s, and etc, state that they grew up cooking that way !
