I think the channel is great and I have watched for several years. I live in Mexico and get msnbc on Megacable, delivered--along with a few other Eng. lang. channels--thru Direct TV. For the last month or so the channel is being 'scrambled'(?), particularly badly during the evening , 5pm pacific time on and is essentially unwatchable. Why??? I am beginning to feel like a conspiracy nut. Oh, the other DTV channels seldom have problems.
