A very poorly adapted screenplay. Like taking the original and putting it in a bag and shaking it. Characters totally out of context and suitability. As for Count Dracula...I couldn't take him seriously. He wasn't scary, he spoke like a snobby university fop. If you want to laugh at how naff this film is then watch it, if you are a lifetime fan of the original story or the legend....don't!
