this book had a cool concept that would have been interesting to read. i thought the first fifty-ish pages were good from what i remember. unfortunately, it focused heavily on the main characters relationship drama and sex life to the detriment of the story. it felt monotonous and boring because the characters are so wooden and lack personality. i understood the point the author was trying to make about the corrupting power of online influence but i thought this book was very poorly executed and it barely focused on it’s own premise. the ending was really bad as well. overall, i wish i could unread this book. it wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
