The only thing I remember even after two days of watching the movie is... Hamza.
The movie was good for one time watch. I couldn't understand the ending It felt like a forced happy ending.. It's difficult to understand what the movie wanted to say?... No to domestic violence?... more support to women power?.. or was just a comedy movie (not actually comedy)..
1st half was repetitive and 2nd half was not as expected, I hoped that after kidnapping him it will be fun to watch but nothing much happened...
There are few questions obviously.. Badru had her mothers support yet she wanted to live with his abusive husband.... it's like telling the women to wait until everything changes for good.
And how did badru's mother live alone without any job and still had the money?
And after badru was thrown from the stairs who took her hospital?
How did badru manage to manipulate hamza and made him unconscious?
And about the acting.. Shefali shah was as always good, she just knows her character so well.. But Vijay varma ( hamza) stole the show, he was brilliant.. I only remember him from the movie. Alia bhatt was alia bhatt nothing special, I just couldn't connect with her character. She tries but something about her didn't do justice to the role.
The plot was average if written well would have had potential.
Still good for one time watch.
