This movie starts of trying to pull off a serious ominous tone, but then it quickly drops randomly off character very silly almost goofy scenes full of violence & gore. It's not until it's over that you realize there was an actual plot behind it all. Politically & humanely displaced but overall the nonsense keeps you either intrigued, appalled, or twistedly entertained. Either way it was only halfway entertaining to me.
