A bug is preventing me from playing the game any further. The game tells me to press the "LB" button on my XBOX controller to fire the weapon, but nothing happens. Even using the left mouse button doesn't work. I even tried to remap the button in the game settings, no soap. I'm not unique with this problem. Others have encountered it and have tried workarounds such as restarting the chapter, but that produced other undesirable results such as the loss of inventory or the corruption of the saved games. My only step left is demanding a refund which Steam has already denied me. I'll try a credit card chargeback tomorrow.
