I wish I had read these reviews before going. Same shocking experience with customer service. The confrontational and aggressive attitude of some security guards ruined our night. When I complained to the organisers I was fobbed off with some excuse about the staff being new. They did not accept responsibility for the actions of the security and we did not even get an apology.
