This movie is just beyond excellent. It is just at the very top of all times filmography for several reasons. In technical terms it is absolutely magnificently conceived, shot, directed, played and edited. What puts it onto another level altogether though, is the geniality of expressing the very concepts of Fromm or Aarendt or Nietzsche or any other enlightened thinker that "you either confront and rebel against your fears or you just die" in the sense that you will never become a developed human being. The movie is Kafka in film as well as theatre in the Beckett way as well as Kubrik in the Strangelove fashion. It is not at all a super boring formatted hollywoodian production. Actually it's exactly the opposite. A trip in the Tarkovskij's way yet modern, fresh, funny, haunting, scary and a lot more. Shocking as very few movies are, I think everyone should watch it but I also know that this is a fantastic movie for very few. Hats off big time.
