Bits and pieces of this book are ok, such as changing banks to low fee companies like ING, culling off your credit card debt and ensuring you are not getting rorted with Super fees.
However, I find the rest of it pretty rubbish. He's clearly a Champaign Socialist and like most lefties he's an utter Hypocrite. By this he rubbishes negative gearing, has barely concealed contempt for Baby Boomers who engage in investment properties and basically says having an investment property is a bad idea. Then he goes on to admit he has investment properties!
He also uses his book to ridicule people on the conservative side of Politics such as Pauline Hanson (with a hypothetical conversation with her that never occurred)
Just lame really.
