I wanted to love this film. I couldn’t invest in any of the characters - they were not convincing, lacking any depth of character or knowledge of their environment, with no demonstrable skills to deal with the situation they found themselves having to deal with. I have seen countless space films. All had characters who were believably competent, there was development of character and plot lines which challenged those characters and a cast that had some mature as well as younger players. It was like a teenage adventure with Aliens. Very disappointing and the music was too much, too often, too loud.

Such a sweet ending - I feel happy to leave them to their lives - and it keeps things open potentially for a further season or seasons.
