What starts out as a genuinely funny comedy written by a comedian descends into a pale imitation of star trek. Any worth this show had or could have had as a sci-fi comedy is lost as it morphs into a promotion of all those toxic left wing values we come to despise and reject without any good comedy. Its really a shame as it had real potential to be very funny on an ongoing basis. Just watch some of the first few episodes then give it a miss. The entire creative departments best efforts to create alien lifeforms is to just add something to their face. Totally fails to be creative almost all of the time. The rest of the time it just borrows from other sci-fi especially star trek. It ends up looking and feeling lame.
