I watched the movie. Even if I keep the propoganda point aside, the movie lacks direction. In fact, I wonder how Adah got her role? Otherwise she never got any descent role despite her good acting skills.
I am Hindu and I feel this movie is made with an agenda. As some comments say, I agree, it is indeed a move by certain people in govt to spread hatred.
And one funny thing is movie tries to talk about, “see how Muslims and Catholics are so strict about their religion and Hindus are not.” As if there is only one option in this world: being religious is compulsory.
So let me say this: religion is a choice and not a compulsion.
Only stupid people who don’t use their brains will like this movie.
The movie doesn’t even have a gripping storyline. For example, if you read or see any movie based on the Novel: Not without my Daughter, at least the story is very gripping and engaging.
This movie is not well directed or well written as such. And this proves that the intention of making this movie is not pure.
I have f no time to be religious. I personally believe that women should focus more on education and a good career or at least earn for themselves than just doing ram ram or allah allah. Have faith but don’t have blind faith. Patriarchy promotes religion way too much as they want to control women.
And by the way if you are burning Hijab, first let’s burn ghoonghat also. 😂
