Yeah so there’s a 1 star review complaining about lots of stuff but most noticeably a lack of fast travel, especially to base camps. If you play for a couple hours at most your arc phone will buzz and you unlock instant travel. Don’t listen to that guy. The game feels open and fun and of course the tutorial is going to be straightforward/linear, that’s what a tutorial is for. The game devs have to assume that some players might be new to Pokémon games or they won’t reach a large audience. Also keep in mind that Pokémon is also made for young kids. If you don’t like that young feeling that’s your own opinion, it doesn’t mean it’s a bad game.
