This movie is a testament of faith. I immediately knew who this movie was about when I saw the boy walking backwards up the wall because I read about it. This movie had me scared to death. Demons are real. We face them everyday. All of our doubts, fears and negative thoughts are demons speaking to us in our own voices but it's the power of Jesus that's gets us all through. All of the actors, costume design, makeup, lighting and the director did an amazing job. This movie was well written. Lee Daniels, you did a wonderful job with this movie. I had all my lights on.

This movie starts off very good, very intense,literally making you feel like a "nosey neighbor" because it's makes you anxious to see what the outcome . Just when you think you pretty much know what is going on, the movie slowly fades into an inevitable twist, leaving you believe that you've been pranked. I will watch it again, only for the beginning.

There is a tiny bit of truth to this movie. The angle this took was definitely brilliant. In depth, it talks about uprise of black women, hair, and music. The 80s was the era when black women started to get inspired to join the corporate world. Black women began to make changes to their hair and black music was on the way to reaching higher heights with video talk shows. I couldn't help thinking about Video Soul and and Yo MTV Raps. The movie wasn't scary but hairy and creepy. I had nightmares after watching this movie.

Tyler Perry does it again with this awesome story line. This funny family movie teaches several great valuable lessons. He crosses racial barriers with this one. Great execution with the ending. I absolutely love it.

Absolutely hilarious. Those who are woke can relate to this" truth in a comedic way" TV show. I was afraid for Mike Myers. Keegan Michael Key(Key&Peele) was great. Glad to see him getting more roles. This show is very funny and witty. Sort of puts you in a good mood.

I like the concept but the setting look weird and creepy. Makes me think of cults and human trafficking. It's like when something goes wrong on that one person.
