THE TRUTH: I am not a huge jurassic park / world fanatic, but the movies are very interesting and something i’ve grown up watching. After seeing Jurassic World and being thoroughly impressed with their modern spin on Jurrasic Park, I was excited to see Jurassic World Dominion and how they would tie in all the old and new characters together. I can safely say, I have never been more disappointed with a movie in my life. To put it in perspective, it’s as if they sold the Jurassic Park franchise to Disney Channel. Not only does no one die, but these characters are put through crazy circumstances ( plane crashes, dinosaur attacks, shoot outs) and come out with not a scratch on them. There’s no blood, there’s no dinosaur biting anyone, everything happens to work in the favor of the main characters. The plot is literally based on giant grasshoppers. The amount of cringe in this movie when it comes to the acting, and the moments where anyone could’ve predicted what happens next, is beyond me. If someone could tell me where in the movie there was a climax that would be fantastic because i still can’t find it. The one thing i was most excited for was the part in this movie that the Giganotasaur was going to play as the apex predator. It literally had zero relevance to the movie at all. Very disappointing. The “fight scene” at the end is just a copy of the fight scene from the last Jurassic World movie, but shorter and completely out of place in terms of the plot of the movie. In the end, this movie is a waste of time and money.
